Curious concept, poor outcome
Blossom Hill seem admirably determined to go where no one else has thought to go and they certainly go right off-piste with this curiosity. But not all journeys are good journeys.
Described as a bubbly blend of crisp rosé wine, rhubarb infused water and a dash of gin, the result is bubbly (but then so is cream soda), watery, wine gum flavoured and with a finish that can best be compared to chewing paracetamol. In a word, disgusting.
