Very drinkable on a hot day with summer fruits

On first appearance, this seems an absurdly frothy, girly drink; the silver foil, lined with pink; the heart-shaped zero indicating alcohol content; the reassurance about the low calorie content. And yet some good solid work has been put into the content. The innovative fermentation process has reduced sugar by around 30% without generating alcohol, resulting in a drink that, while having fruit notes is not overly sweet. The strawberries in its flavour are tart and matched with cherries, blossom and hints of lychee, and while the nose and first notes are fruity with some sweetness, the green tea delivers delivering a complex, dry finish. The tannic notes play a valuable role in balancing the whole and the fizz is gorgeously foamy, adding valuable mouthfilling roundness. While it’s hard to imagine bringing this out at a serious dinner, I could well imagine it being drunk with enjoyment at a summer picnic. Kylie’s gift has always been doing what she does well; the same applies here.
