Good effort at 8.5% but rather sweet
Full marks to the Zonin family for bringing us this lower ABV Prosecco, and if achieving that is your primary target, then you’ll probably be pleased with this wine. It has a great fizz and fine flavours of fruits and minerals. But for me the balance of a good prosecco has been slightly lost. The honey sweetness is a little too present and there is not enough citrus acidity. So full marks for effort and maybe for now we’ll live with this choice, but the search for a really good, low ABV prosecco goes on.
Or this drink may well be available from your high street supplier – we’re sorry we cannot check them all but you might like to.
